CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – The Police Regional Office-Cordillera caught 19 wanted individuals from April 14 to 20.
The Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division said the Baguio City Police Office and Benguet Police Provincial Office nabbed seven each, followed by the Ifugao PPO with five.
Three were listed as most wanted persons, two on the provincial level and one on the city level.
As a result of intensified police presence, 53 municipalities in the region and four police stations in Baguio City recorded zero crime incidents during the week.
No crimes were recorded in 22 municipalities in Abra, eight in Benguet and Mountain Province, seven in Ifugao, five in Apayao, and three in Kalinga.
Out of the 10 police stations in Baguio City, the Naguilian Police Station, Loakan Police Station, Legarda Police Station, and Abanao Police Station also recorded zero crime incidents.
