The communist rebel from the Kilusang Larangan Guerilya-Ampis turned herself in to the 1502nd Maneuver Company of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion-15 and yielded a caliber .30 US Carbine, a steel magazine for caliber .30, and two bullets.
Police said her surrender is a decisive step towards peace and reconciliation in the Cordillera region.
She surrendered after extensive negotiations and undergoing custodial debriefing.
