This is a small budget compared to the need of the development of the province. Every cent of it should be fully accounted for and not fall into the pockets of the buaya’s. The province should also know how to attract investors by regorous propaganda of the province through websites and newsletters. We have so many beautiful areas there especially our beautiful beaches and mountain ranges that can be develop as international resorts.
