Operatives of the Caloocan Police and personnel of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)-Caloocan City chapter arrested a 38-year-old father in Caloocan City for allegedly raping his three daughters including a one-year-old baby girl.  

The DWSD learned that the accused Anthony (not his real name) had allegedly first raped their two daughters, aged ten and other four in front of his terrified  wife.

The wife could not allegedly do anything against her husband whenever he sexually abused their children as he would always harm her.

The DSWD claimed that the suspect's wife is illiterate. 

The DWSD-Caloocan City report said that the accused is now detained at the DSWD-Caloocan City while multiple rape charges is being prepared against him.

The DSWD said the accused's wife has sought assistance from her husband's relative in Bagong Silang who accompanied her to report to the DSWD and the police. 

The DWSD said the suspect maybe undergo a mental examination to determine if he is suffering from a mental ailment.
