Unexpected twists and turns will be revealed this week as Carlo J. Caparas’ “Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang” enters its finale week on GMA-7.

Last week, Heleen successfully kidnaps Proserfina and tricks everyone by posing as Homer’s bride at the wedding. Amidst the chaos, Homer looses no time as clues on Proserfina’s whereabouts surfaces. He sees an unconscious Proserfina and saves her from suffocation because Heleen had trapped her inside a small concrete structure. The couple escapes but Heleen attacks them again by setting them on fire. But Heleen misses her target and burns instead! Will this experience push her to realize her wrong doings and finally stop her evil plan of killing Proserfina and Homer?

Meanwhile, Rado (Paolo Contis) is out to chase and destroy the union of Proserfina and Homer after he escapes from prison. Will their love succumb to the wrath of this wicked man who remains obsessed with Proserfina? How will the couple fight to keep their love alive?

“Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang” is under the direction of Joyce Bernal. It was originally created for comics in 1974 by the 2008 Sagisag Balagtas awardee and comics genius Carlo J. Caparas and was later adapted as a movie in 1981. The program also stars Ms. Carmi Martin, Eugene Domingo, Glydel Mercado, Francine Prieto, Sherilyn Reyes, Lovi Poe, Mart Escudero, Jackie Rice, Prince Stefan, Alyssa Alano, Carlene Aguilar, Paolo Paraiso, Kevin Santos and Boom Labrusca.
