The entire country is still riding high from the recent victory of Filipina weighlifter, Hidilyn Diaz. Hidilyn shares this milestone achievement with her team, known as #TeamHD, who worked hard to prepare her for success. Team HD is made up of Hidilyn's weightlifting coach, Kaiwen Gao; her strength and conditioning coach, Julius Naranjo; nutrition coach, Jeaneth Aro; and sports psychologist, Dr. Karen Trinidad.

#TeamHD Live on TikTok

Hidilyn Diaz is now back in Manila, and fellow Filipinos are eager to hear from our very own sports hero. Fans on TikTok won't need to wait long, as Hidilyn and #TeamHD will be appearing live on TikTok to talk about Hidilyn's historical win, and answer questions about her nutrition, training, and other preparations.

Part one of #TeamHD Live on TikTok will feature Hidilyn, and Coach Julius Naranjo, who are both back in the country. Catch them live on Hidilyn Diaz' official TikTok account @hidilyndiaz on August 7, 2021. A second livestream featuring Hidilyn, Coach Julius, and Coach Jeaneth Aro, will also be happening on TikTok very soon.
