URDANETA CITY, Pangasinan — Members of the Abono party-list expressed confidence that Senator Panfilo Lacson would be able to clear himself in the Dacer-Corbito double-murder case.

Abono party-list Chairman Rosendo O. So said that Lacson started serving the country as a good policeman and was successful in various police endeavors until he became the chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP).

"We believe that the good senator will be cleared of the charges, and we know that this is a big challenge for him to overcome," So said.

He added that Lacson has shown outstanding performance as a police officer and had done much in the fight against crimes.
