Fern Zaladarriaga-Luigi Yulo (greensome), Jakey Yulo-Dan Morales (best-ball), Monet La’O-Abe Rosal (aggregate) and Marco Olives-Rupert Saragoza (scramble) also won their to help Canlubang clinch the second sweep of the young season after Eastridge’s blanking of Wack Wack last week.
With the extra point for the sweep, Canlubang vaulted into a tie for the lead in Group II with Manila Southwoods and Sta. Elena, all teams having 3 points each.
Southwoods was held to a draw by sister team Sherwood Hills while Sta. Elena missed several winning opportunities against Forest Hills in a match which ended in another draw.
