She sits beside and banters with Manny Pacquiao and other superstar athletes as if they’re family. She goes kayaking and mountain climbing as regularly as social butterflies go to the salon.

Her daily schedule is not for the faint-hearted: Dyan is up and about everyday at 6 am. After praying, she wakes up her son, Dylan, and helps him prepare for school.

By 9 am, Dyan is already done jogging or en route to the office. There, she goes through or writes about sports news or does taping for her TV programs.

She’s almost always engaged in some kind of sport activity in the afternoon. Running, rappelling, kayaking…she’s superwoman.

When night falls, Dyan works out in the gym before going home to her husband and kid.
