Guy talk

Drop it already, guys. You’ve heard it, over and over again, GMA is “in the pink of health.” What more do you want?
If the right of the people to know was what motivated your interest in her state of health, wasn’t it time to back off, as soon as her spokespersons declared that she was well and back at work?
Wasn’t it enough that her doctors reported that the biopsy performed on one breast indicated that the excised lump was benign? Benign, not malignant.
Lumps happen to certain women of a certain age.
Guys, that implant was done in the ‘80s, a good 20 years ago. It’s not as if it was done sneakily last year or last month and you were deprived of a wonderful opportunity to be thoroughly, altruistically inquisitive over a delicate part of her anatomy.
Coming so soon after the Katrina-Hayden tapes and the swine-flu hype, did your interest signify an addiction, the need for another newsy fix, another dose of scandal and controversy? Is that why you fixated on the mammary glands, on mammoplastic surgery and repair?
Get if off your chest, folks. It’s just possible that the lady’s health is in better condition than your state of mind.
