In what seems to be a case of life imitating art, sexy singer Selina Sevilla - once famous for singing the double-entendre ditty “Aray Naku” - is now literally screaming, “Ouch!”

The one-hit wonder marched to the NBI offices July 22 to file a complaint against a certain R. A. Eugenio, a doctor whom she said “botched” a “butt job” she had 11 years ago.

"I went to his clinic twice. The second time happened a few months after the first procedure [was done]. I noticed that the size of my butt [cheeks were] uneven, so I had him fix it," Selina said, adding the procedure cost her “P20,000.”

According to Selina, she started “feeling pain” in her bottom region five years later. She also noticed an “oil-like substance” oozing from them. Soon her butt became as stiff as stones.

"[My buttocks] were deformed. The changes were rapid. I became afraid. So I consulted a doctor…Lorenzo Loh. He told me that I have an infection spreading from inside my butt which eventually became apparent outside," the singer said.

Sevilla (Sharon Simon in real life) was accompanied by her lawyer, Rey Edgar Dazo, in filing the complaint against Eugenio at the NBI-Special Action Unit (SAU).

Dazo said they are studying filing illegal practice and reckless imprudence resulting to serious physical injuries against the doctor.

“We are told that Dr. Eugenio is not licensed to practice medicine. He has no license to conduct surgery…reconstructive surgery…so we cannot file a malpractice [suit]," he said.

Lawyer Angelito Magno, NBI-SAU chief, said they have taken the statement of Sevilla and will coordinate with the embassies to locate Eugenio, who reportedly left the country two years ago.

The singer laments the state of her once-shapely bottom.

“Matagal ko na ring tinatago ang problema ko kasi nararamdaman ko na ito’y kakaiba nga, at malaking gamutan ito financially,” she said.

Sevilla said she is set to undergo treatment, which may run as long as “2 to 3 months” through the help of the Philippine Association of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgeons (PAPRAS).
