Owning a home is every Filipino’s dream. However, the task involved in creating a house may simply be very daunting for the majority of Pinoys. This is especially true today, considering that construction involves not only the process of building, but may likewise include and involve using new technology and building materials.

What to do then?  Well, one need not fret. This is because there are companies today that actually make the Pinoy’s dream of owning a home a bit easier attain.  In fact, they actually have services that do not only complement a prospective homeowner’s desires, but which may also anticipate the owner’s needs.

This is where companies like Jao Builders come in.  The local contracting company has been in the business for over a decade now, and they have since anticipated the needs of aspiring homeowners to have a one-stop place for all their construction needs.  This is a breakthrough of sorts in the local construction industry, considering that this has enabled them to develop a program that guides homeowners with their homebuilding from start to finish.

“Our years in the industry revealed to us that most homeowners find the whole process of construction too tedious,” shares Engr. Jojo Manalastas of Jao Builders and Development Corporation, adding that their program ensures a worry-free way of building homes.

In fact, their “One Stop Shop” program merges all the services needed for the construction of one’s dream home under one roof.  As such, future homeowners no longer have to discuss their plans repetitively with different people.  Moreover, they guarantee that aspiring homeowners and clients’ specifications will be overseen by a team of experts dubbed “home consultants.”

“Our team of home consultants will sit with you and talk about your lifestyle, the size of your family and all the important details which are necessary to tailor-fit the design of your home to your needs,” says Manalastas, noting that only afterwards will Jao Builders’ architects customize the design of the home according to the information that the company was able to gather through judicious communication with the aspiring homeowners.

Indeed, the role of Jao Builders’ “home consultants” is deemed crucial, as it provides the necessary professional service at a very personal level.  This no doubt inspires confidence among clients that their desires and expectations regarding their dream home will be met satisfactorily.  Not surprisingly, the company’s “home consultants” are expected not only to sit down with aspiring homeowners to assess the project and lay down the most-efficient process for all activities involved in construction; but they are also expected to guide homeowners with every decision-making—be this as mundane as the color of the wall paint or the type of door hinges to be used.

Fortunately, Jao Builders’ decade plus experience has shown them that dealing with aspiring homeowners involves much more than communication.  It has been a company tradition in fact to be very thorough with workmanship.  Moreover, they don’t scrimp on the material be it with the paint used, the kind of wood to be used (anay treated even!) and even the cement finishing.

“Did you know that we actually use a piece of aluminum to make sure that the cement or plaster finish of our homes is level?” asks Manalastas, noting that this piece of aluminum is only used once to ensure that the finish won’t be shoddy.

Indeed, the phrase “served on a silver platter” comes to mind whenever a homeowner is delivered his or her home.  Of course, the house isn’t exactly placed on such a salver.  However, with Jao Builders’ unique construction program, it may very well be.
