On the occasion of World Teacher’s Day, Majority Leader Mannix Dalipe said that the House of Representatives commits to legislate policies that would improve the lives of teachers.

"We commemorate National Teachers’ Day to honor our teachers who have sacrificed so much not only to give our children a better future but also to make them better citizens,” the Zamboanga City 2nd district solon said in a statement on Wednesday, Oct. 5.
“Our teachers are our second parents who guided us to navigate through the realities of life. I ardently hope that our teachers will continue to have a nurturing spirit as we try our best to craft policies that would uplift their lives,” he added.
Dalipe, in his capacity as majority leader, is the right-hand man of House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
