Lifting of ECQ will be based on health concerns, not business, says DTI

It’s really providing yung sweldo at yung kapakanan ng mga workers so 'yun po 'yung binabalanse po natin (It’s not about business. It’s really the general welfare of workers, providing them with a source of income. That’s what we’re trying to balance),” Lopez said.
