Drug personality arrested in buy-bust operation in Aparri, Cagayan

By Liezle Basa Inigo Another high-value target (HVT) was arrested by operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Aparri, Cagayan. PDEA said about 5:10 p.m., Kevin Valencia, 33 years old, married, self-employed, and a resident of Brgy. Macanaya, Aparri, Cagayan, was arrested during a buy-bust operation. Valencia was caught in the act of selling one piece of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu to a PDEA agent who acted as poseur buyer. Confiscated from the suspect were one piece of P1,000 bill used as marked money and one unit Yamaha motorcycle. He will be charged for violation of Section 5 (Sale) of RA 9165.
