Barely a month in operation, people are already talking about the newly unveiled skin, slimming and spa center along West Avenue.  And why not?  The name itself has been one of the leading and trusted brands in the country not only by local celebrities but by private individuals with discriminating tastes and passion for beauty and wellness as well.  No, it’s not Bioessence — it’s Bioessence Gold!

“Ownership and management wise, it belongs under one company but for clarity there’s a big distinction between the two,” says director for sales and marketing Yeng Francisco.  She continues, “We’re bringing in the gold experience and by that it means we’re taking it to a whole new level of luxurious indulgence for total wellness.”

Francisco explains, “It’s proven that colors affect people’s mood and we believe that.  Thus, we created these ‘mood lights’ because we want our guests not only to feel comfortable and relaxed but to also experience how colors can greatly influence one’s frame of mind.”

The suites, on the other hand, boast of a Turkish bath perfect for those who would like to sweat out their skin’s impurities before starting a treatment of their choice.  It also has its own shower so there’s no need to walk in your robes in the hallway.  And the best part is, the suites can be occupied by couples or friends who want to spend their bonding moments together during treatments.  No need to worry about disturbing other guest’s peace and privacy for all rooms are equipped with sliding wooden doors that can contain unnecessary sound or chatter.

Slimming redefined

“The center came to be known for its facial services and then for its massage treatments. At Gold, we want to push further our slimming and detoxification offerings.  With all the compounds that has detrimental effects on cell function and substance that creates harmful effects in the body and undermines your health, removing all that is our area of concentration,” tells Francisco.

Among the detoxification treatments being offered are: European Para Fango, a pampering slimming treatment using mud mask containing natural source of minerals from sea water and seaweeds that cleanses the body and removes excess waste brought by day to day pressure and stress; RF Para Fango, a rejuvenating treatment immersed in a whirlpool tub with lukewarm water while wrapped in a specialized slimming mud combined with powerful technique of sound waves for total relaxation and body firming; Lipo Detox Goid, a warm body wrap that removes excess body fluids and toxins for immediate inch loss, Lipo Cav Gold, a combination of exfoliating body wrap and massage using saline butter granules which flushes out excess body fluids and dead skin cells with a soothing, and relaxing technique; and perhaps the most expensive investment, the Gold Capsule, a slimming treatment that enhances inner circadian rhythms and holistic balance for rejuvenation and healthy weight loss results.
