A  visit to the latest one-bedroom model unit of The Trion Towers, one of premier property developer Robinsons Land Corp.’s developments in Bonifacio Global City, is sure to add to the lure of condo living. Located at its site in Eighth Ave. cor. McKinley Parkway, the 50.70 sq. meters model unit is a refreshing symphony of space and light, imbued with tropical flair but nonetheless decidedly and elegantly modern.

The unit is one of what is referred to as “elbow units,” so called because of their distinct shape. This is a result of The Trion Towers’ tri-axial design.

Robinsons Land’s senior vice-president for sales and marketing Raoul Littaua informs us that, “The Trion Towers’ unique tri-axial design positions the three 49-storey towers in an ingenious way that each unit is provided a sweeping vista of various parts of Bonifacio Global City in particular and the sprawling metropolis in general.”

For his part, ASYA Design Partner Arch. Albert Yu says the interior spaces of these irregular Trion units are “manageable and living area is provided with generous space allowing occupants to conduct tasks and relax their intuitive minds.”

“The unit is designed with a flexible utility room generously spaced to accommodate various uses like laundry, maid’s room and storage space,” Yu adds.

For the interiors, SMTH/designs interior designer Samantha M. T. Hontiveros went for “colors that are vibrant but do not overpower the space.” The layout of the furniture creates a simple but unified flow of the functions of each area, while the furnishings come in clean lines to take away visual clutter. Cool shades of green give the room a healthy aura, while textured tones of beige and brown provide a homey earthiness.

“Robinsons Land develops homes with unique air flow and that embrace natural light in its purest form. A smart and thoughtful designer could only hone such beautiful premium qualities in the interiors,” says  Hontiveros.

The units are all flats and come in one-bedroom,(ranging from 42.13 to 55.29 sqm), two-bedroom, (58.98 to 61.83 sqm), and three-bedroom model units, (101.11 to 123.02 sqm).

Of course, there are more than picturesque vistas and airy spaces to The Trion Towers. It boasts of design features that include a landscaped Central Plaza Garden that spreads throughout the property. Here and there are calming meditation gardens, cozy reading nooks, healing paths and a fountain, all of which should provide psychic benefits to homeowners. There is also a Stargazer’s Garden, while homeowners with balconies can enjoy relaxing moments al fresco.
