CAMP GENERAL ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan--As one of the venues of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, on-going mapping of the contingency plans and series of coordinating meetings with the Tasked Units are being conducted by the Bulacan police.

On Tuesday, October 22, the 9th Coordinating Meeting regarding the Simultaneous Exercise (SIMEX) and Communication Exercise (COMMEX) was conducted at the Philippine Arena, Ciudad de Victoria, Bocaue Bulacan.
Colonel Chito G. Bersaluna, Bulacan Cluster Commander, Lt. Colonel Jacquiline P. Puapo, STG Commanders Security Venue and Lt. Colonel Santos D. Mera Jr., Head Secretariat with the members of the Organizational Structure of Bulacan Clusters under Tasked Unit (TU) Security Venue led the Simulation Exercise Scenario at the designated places (TU Venue “Innermost Security of Philippine Arena) and followed by COMMEX inside the Philippine Arena and its perimeter area.
Present during the said meeting/exercise were Colonel Jonathan G. Calexto TU Public Order Commander/BC,RMFB3, Major Darwin Berbosa and other task units from BFP, Emergency Response Group from Municipality of Bocaue, and personnel from Maligaya Corporation.
Meanwhile, in order to come-up with good contingency plan, two (2) consecutive coordinating meetings on the same day were held at the post conference room of Camp Gen Alejo Santos regarding the Contingency Planning, Security and Traffic Assistance Plan for the Field Trip and Feasibility Study of Dignitaries from Asian Development Bank.
The said meetings were presided by Bersaluna, Provincial Director of Bulacan PNP and were attended by the Command Group, Provincial Staff, All Chiefs of Police of City/Municipal Police Stations and Force Commanders of 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company. Brain storming and exchanges of ideas for the possible scenario during the upcoming event were made by the attendees.
The SEA Games, a biennial regional multi-sport event which will be hosted by the Philippines from 30 November to 11 December 2019 and its opening venue will be at the Philippine Arena located in Bocaue this province, while the competition venue will be in Metro Manila, Clark Pampanga, Subic, Olangapo and Tarlac.
