Diamond Star Maricel Soriano may be the answer to all of the mind-boggling mysteries in “Pira-Pirasong Paraiso” as she joins the afternoon drama series for its explosive new season. 

The award-winning actress plays the role of Amanda, the guilt-ridden grandmother of the long-lost Paraiso sisters. Now that the sisters are reunited, this is the perfect opportunity for Amanda to atone for her mistakes in the past as she vows to build a relationship with her granddaughters. 

As Amanda enters the picture, a plethora of unsolved mysteries arise, including one of the biggest questions yet - who is the real Amy Paraiso, Hilary (Elisse Joson) or Baby (Loisa Andalio)? Amanda just might also be the key in uncovering the truth behind the sisters’ traumatic childhood and the real reasons as to why they had a broken family in the first place.

Aside from the shocking revelations that are about to unfold in the new season, viewers are also anticipating the heated face-offs between the equally feisty “boss ladies” Amanda and judge Jacinda (Snooky Serna), as well as the leveled-up and controversial confrontation scenes between Hilary, Beth (Alexa Ilacad), Diana (Charlie Dizon), and Baby.
