The Lifestyle Network, on its tenth anniversary, pays tribute to 10 outstanding women who have made exceptional marks in their respective fields and have touched the lives of people around them as they live out their passion. The women will be wearing the channel’s most vibrant colors in its newest logo in the mini-plugs aired in between the programs. A weeklong photo exhibit is also ongoing at the second floor of the Rockwell PowerPlant mall until October 31.

The channel prides itself in its top 10 picks of outstanding women:  singer-actress Lea Salonga; host-actress Donita Rose who has found that happiness is simply being a mother while actively participating in advocacies; model and former Lifestyle Network host Isabel Roces, an outspoken advocate of animal rights and a strong supporter of PETA; fashion designer Hindy Weber-Tantoco; stage actress Menchu Yulo who’s a supporter of the culture and the arts.

Completing the list are cancer survivor and advocate Kara Alikpala; chef and entrepreneur Margarita Fores; chairman emeritus of Mc Cann Worldgroup Phils, non-executive chairman of Mc Cann Worldgroup Asia-Pacific and chairman of the CCP Emily Abrera; managing director of ABS-CBN Foundation Gina Lopez, whose charitable works include children’s issues; and world-class ballet dancer Lisa Macuja.
