Energizer’s website (www.energizerbatteries.com.ph) features in its ‘Fun Stuff’ page the energetic and witty icon, Mr. Energizer, as he faces challenges in online adventure games such as Click-a-thon, Gizmo Finder, and Ultimate Adventure.

In the fast-paced Click-a-thon game, players use an on-screen digital camera powered by Energizer lithium batteries, the world’s longest lasting AA and AAA batteries. Players need to quickly capture as many Mr. Energizer images as they can to earn points.

Each stage offers a higher level of difficulty and features different scenarios where Mr. Energizer pops out. Bonus points go to capturing picture perfect images and popping Energizer batteries off screen.

In the Gizmo Finder game, players are tasked to locate lost items within a time limit. Aside from the 10 objects hidden in each level, there are also hidden Energizer batteries that can power up hints, which players can use to reveal the location of a lost object.

In the futuristic arcade-like Ultimate Adventure game, players help Mr. Energizer jump over and attack battery-sapping robots with his powerful lightsaber.

Every week, the top three players who score the highest points in the Mr. Energizer online adventure games will win Energizer gift packs worth over P1,000.

The highest scorer for the month will also win a major prize. Promo period is until January 31, 2010.
Energizer brand manager Joan Mendoza said that besides showing people the advantages of using Energizer batteries in their everyday battery-operated devices, the online games also give them a “feel” of what the brand is all about.

“Click-a-thon shows how Energizer Lithium batteries can help power up digital cameras to capture up to 600 shots, proving these are indeed the world’s longest-lasting batteries best-suited for digital cameras.”

Mendoza said the Gizmo Finder hints on what everyday gadgets Energizer batteries can power up like flashlights, TV remote, high-tech toys like robots and remote-controlled cars and helicopters, and portable electronic devices such as CD players, shavers, and radios.

The Mr. Energizer Ultimate Adventure, on the other hand, shows the energy and dynamism of the icon (Mr. Energizer) that kids and the young at heart could relate to, she added.
