ILOILO CITY -- Twelve towns in Iloilo province have new police chiefs.

This was the result of a revamp implemented by Colonel Adrian Acollador, director of Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO), on Monday, July 11, during a turnover ceremony at Camp Sumagaysay, IPPO’s headquarters in Santa Barbara town.
According to Acollador, the revamp was made after the request of some mayors while others were due to promotions.
One of 12 new police chiefs is Lieutenant General Enrique Robles, who heads the police station in Ajuy town.
The other newly assigned police chiefs are Lieutenants Chrysler John Ledesma for Alimodian town; Alexander Lauron for Balasan town; Pedro Macababad Jr. for Dueñas town; and Johnny Oro for San Rafael town;
Accolador also assigned Majors Samuel Vipinosa for Concepcion town; Kenn Albert Lepsia for Dumangas town, Jogen Suegay for Lambunao town; Fernand Limbungan for Oton town; Roy Tayona for Pototan town; Sullen Domingo for San Miguel town; and Jose Rey Pabalan for Santa Barbara town.
Acollador told the 12 police chiefs to win the trust and support of their personnel, the mayors and the local government.
He also told them to win the community’s heart to effectively fight criminality in their respective designated assignments.
