Hope Christian High School downed Uno High School, 74-63, to claim the fourth and last semis berth in the Freego Metro Manila Tiong Lian Basketball Association (MMTLBA) tournament Saturday at the Chiang Kai Shek gym in Tondo.

With Janrey Garrido and Jessiery Pedrosa at the helm, Hope Christian took the early initiative en route to their third straight win dating back the elims of the tournament presented by Fresh Gear Revolution Denim.

Garrido led Hope Christian with 24 points, including 10 in the final quarter.

With the win, Hope Christian arranged a Final Four meeting with No. 2 seed St. Jude Catholic School tomorrow in the tournament also backed by Fern-C, 100 Plus Isotonic Sports Drink, Outlast Battery, Rusty Lopez, Puma, Converse, Burlington, Davis Paint, MEC Computer, Molten, Bantex Sandals, and Bow & Wow – the Natural Pets Food Store.
