Vice President Leni Robredo is mulling on taking legal action against Peter Joemel Advincula, who claimed to be “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist (The Real Narcolist)” videos.

Robredo, the leader of the opposition, was asked by reporters on Thursday if she will file a case against Advincula for implicating her in the alleged destabilization plot against President Duterte.
“Ako, papaaral natin sa mga abogado (I will let our lawyers study it),” Robredo said in a televised press conference.
The Vice President faced the media at her Quezon City office to debunk the allegations made by Advincula that the opposition Liberal Party, which she chairs, was behind the controversial videos.
Advincula turned against the LP and Senator Antonio Trillanes IV after his surrender to the police. He claimed he was promised P500,000, but he never received the payment.
Robredo vehemently denied the allegations and said she never met Advincula.
“Iyong accusations na iyon, dahil hindi totoo, handa akong humarap sa kahit anong forum, handa akong humarap sa kahit anong imbestigasyon, kasi panatag iyong kalooban ko sa katotohanan.” she said.
(The accusations, because these are lies, I’m ready to face in any forum. I’m ready to face any investigation since I’m confident the truth is on my side.)
The opposition leader slammed Advincula’s allegations, stressing that such LP destabilization plot would be a "waste of time," and a “subversion of the will of the people.”
Robredo is concerned about the administration’s treatment of Advincula after the sudden turnaround that he is accusing the opposition figures.
“Noong lumabas iyong mga videos na iyon, parang, shinoot-down na kaagad iyong credibility. So ang hindi ko maintindihan, shinoot-down na iyong credibility, pero ngayon na oposisyon naman iyong inaakusahan niya, parang, all of a sudden credible siya ulit,” Robredo said.
(When the videos came out, his credibility was like being shot down. So I don’t understand, his credibility was shot down, but now that the opposition is the one being accused,, all of a sudden he is again credible.)
“Nakakapagduda na kayo iyong nagsasabi na sinungaling iyong taong ito, hindi mapapagkatiwalaan, tapos ngayon dahil hindi na kayo iyong itinuturo, iyong oposisyon na, all of a sudden kailangan pakinggan,” she added.
(It’s suspicious that you were claiming the person is a liar, he can’t be trusted, then now because you are not being accused but the opposition, all of a sudden he needs to be heard.)
