Sarah Geronimo's favorite Nora Aunor movie is 'The Flor Contemplacion Story.'

Pop Star Princess Sarah Geronimo welcomes any opportunity that will allow her to work with the country’s one and only Superstar Nora Aunor.

The young pop icon unabashedly admits that she’s a big fan of the dimunitive actress.

“Siyempre, very looking forward to her comeback, ‘di po ba? Lahat excited na talaga sa pagbabalik ng Superstar na si Miss Nora Aunor at sa kung ano pa ang maibibigay niya, mai-o-offer niya sa fans niya, sa viewers,” she told televiewers of "Showbiz News Ngayon," March 4.

Like many of her peers, Sarah considers working with Nora a chance of a lifetime.

“Tinitingala siya ng lahat sa kanyang galing sa pag-arte, exceptional talent niya po talaga ‘yan. Na-miss po nating lahat ‘yan. Talagang lahat nasasabik na makita siya uli,” she said.

Sarah's favorite Nora Aunor movie is “The Flor Contemplacion Story,” which tells the story of an OFW domestic helper who was sentenced to death in Singapore. For her convincing portrayal, Nora won Best Actress in the Cairo Film Festival in 1995.

“Flor Cotemplacion story? Grabe ‘yon. Si Miss Nora lang ‘yon. Ang hirap-hirap ng remake. Ako, pa-pass muna ako d’yan dahil hindi naman po ako ganoon ka-experienced na aktres,” she conceded.

A source told Manila Bulletin Entertainment Online that Nora is under negotiations with ABS-CBN for a drama series and a movie with its sister company, Star Cinema.

Should this come true, then there’s a possibility the Superstar will share projects with the Pop Star.

Nora is currently in Canada for a series of shows. Two weeks ago, she underwent a successful beauty enhancement procedure at Shinagawa Lasik and Beauty Clinic in Tokyo, Japan. She was accompanied by her son Ian de Leon and her newest benefactor, writer-entreprenuer Aster Amoyo.

Nora’s much-awaited comeback will be in April.
