Did John Lloyd Cruz and John Prats snub each other?

The battle of the Johns continues: John Lloyd Cruz and John Prats are rumored to have snubbed each other during the 8th Gawad Tanglaw Awards on March 3.

However, John denied the snubbing incident with the other John, who is rumored to be the third party in his break-up with Shaina Magdayao.

“Nagkita kami. Wala naman kaming problema,” was his quick response.

Lloydy was there in the event together with Vilma Santos and Luis Manzano to receive their awards for “In My Life.” Meanwhile, John Prats was on hand, together with his “Banana Split” mates Jason Gainza, Pooh and Zanjoe Marudo to accept the “Best Gag Show” trophy.

La Greta says her ‘lover’ backs her TV comeback

Newly-signed Kapamilya star Gretchen Barretto dismissed rumors that her partner Tony Boy Cojuangco is against her TV comeback.

“Si Tony pa’no ko ba siya napapagayag? Sabi ko, ‘Lover, I’m gonna have a career. That means I’m gonna be a good girl. Wala na kong panahon sa mga kalokohan.’ So sabi niya, ‘Lover, go ahead,’” she told “The Buzz.”

La Greta assured that amidst all the “temptations” that may ensue because of her big TV comeback, she will remain loyal to the business tycoon.

“Alam naman ni Tony na siya pa rin ang binabalikan ko. Good girl na ko ‘no, hanggang tingin na lang,” she said.

Gretchen signed her project contract with the Kapamilya network on March 3. She has also begun her acting workshop with Bea Alonzo—her co-star in her upcoming teleserye with Derek Ramsay—two weeks ago.

The March 17 birthday celebrant turned emotional when asked why she is blooming these days, and seems to have a peaceful aura.

“If time could stand still, my life is so perfect now. I have Tony. I have [my daughter] Dominique. I have a career,” she said.
