Grace Lee gets injured in Korea

DJ and “Diz Iz It” host Grace Lee broke her left arm while snowboarding in Seoul, South Korea on March 14.

In a “24 Oras” report, Grace said she sustained the injury when she collided into another snowboarder. She is currently staying at a hospital in Korea and is set to undergo operation on March 15 or 16.

“Ngayon hindi pa ma-operahan ng doctor kasi the swelling is really bad so hinihintay pa nila na bumaba ‘yung swelling. I wish to be back to the Philippines as soon as possible. Thank you so much for the lovely messages and all your prayers,” said Grace in a phone interview.

Despite the incident, Grace does not plan to file a case against the snowboarder.

Eugene Domingo slips on ‘First Time’

Acclaimed comedienne Eugene Domingo, the newest addition to the cast of GMA’s teen drama soap “First Time,” slipped while taping her first scene on the show.

So nagulat ang mga bata,” Eugene aka “Kimmy Dora” recalled on “Showbiz Central.”

She said she wanted to get up but she couldn’t.

“Gustung-gusto ko sanang tumayo para ituloy ‘yung eksena, pero hindi ako makatayo kasi naka-high heels ako at siyempre makintab ‘yung floor, medyo madulas,” she said.

Eugene is thankful that she wasn’t seriously hurt because of the accident.

Walang nangyaring aberya,” she made clear.

On the positive side, the “Hot Momma” lead star and “Cool Center” host considers it an opportunity to be able to teach the young stars of the show—Barbie Forteza, Joshua Dionisio, and Jhake Vargas—the importance of professionalism.

Eugene related.
