Aboitiz Land’s digital ecosystem for its customers, OneVecino, has been recognized with the esteemed title of Best Online Real Estate Portal at the International Finance Awards 2023.

 

OneVecino is a comprehensive suite of tools and services tailored to enhance the experience of its vecinos (homeowners).

Vecino Pay: A Seamless Payment Portal

Vecino Pay simplifies the payment process for vecinos. It links out to platforms, offering multiple ways for vecinos to settle their payments.

 

Vecino Support: Digitized Omnichannel Customer Service

This website provides vecinos with access to a range of omnichannel customer support services such as through Facebook Messenger, Email, the Vecino Lounge at the Aboitiz Corporate Office in Cebu, and soon on Viber and WhatsApp. Vecino Support allows vecinos to submit service tickets on the website, track its history and status, access FAQs through the Knowledge Base, and utilize the assistance of Abby, the customer service chatbot.

 

Vecino Properties: Digital Property Management

Vecino Properties is a web application that grants vecinos access to an array of services, including community announcements, tracking of billings and payments, amenity reservations, online gate passes and submission and tracking of service requests.
