Pasay police arrest top 4 most wanted person

Members of the Pasay City police Warrant and Subpoena Section (WSS) arrested a 38-year-old man who is facing three counts of rape on Sunday, June 5.

Col. Cesar Paday-os, city police chief, identified the suspect as Arvin Buena, a resident of Griarte Street, Hulo, Mandaluyong City.

Paday-os said the suspect was arrested at around 1:25 p.m. near his house in Mandaluyong City.

He said the WSS conducted Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) for the arrest of wanted persons in the city.

Buena was listed as the police's top 4 most wanted person in the second quarter of 2022.

Paday-os said Buena was arrested based on a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Christian Castanes of the Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 109 for the crime of three counts of rape with no bail recommended .

The suspect is now detained at the Pasay City police custodial facility.
