A 40-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself inside his room in Quezon City.

The fatality identified as Edacio Selos was declared dead-on-arrival at the Fairview General Hospital.

Selos was found hanging with a belt tied around his neck inside his residence at Fatima Street, Dona Carmen Subdivision, Barangay Commonwealth.

Neighbors of the fatality rushed him to the hospital after he was discovered hanging inside his room.

Investigators of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) are still determining the reason why he apparently hanged himself.
