Valerie’s lovechild hasn’t seen her father

Valerie Concepcion’s lovechild Heather Fiona is now five years old, but sad to note, her father hasn’t shown himself to her. Which to Valerie is just fine, “kung ayaw niya, di huwag. But if he wishes to, he can see his daughter any time,” she said. “I won’t deny him the privilege of knowing his daughter.”
Because work remains her priority, Viva contract artist Valerie Concepcion has no time for love at the moment. She has been romantically linked with cager Tom Hontiveros and the latest buzz is that they have called it “quits.”
One of Valerie’s present projects is Precious Heart Romances Presents “Love Me Again” which started airing last Monday (April 5). With her in the cast are the ex-housemates of PBB Double-Up, among them Tom Rodriguez, who is rumored to be her current bf but which Valerie strongly denied.
She was only 16 when she became a mother, and because she had to go back to work to be able to support her daughter, she had to slim down. She also tried boxing.
Incidentally, Valerie came out recently with an instructional fitness video called “Punch Out” which was conceptualized by sportscaster and boxing analyst Mike Ochosa. Slim and pretty, Valerie really fits in as face and body of the tape, along with members of the upcoming girl-group Eurasia.
Directed by Alain Valero Penaflor, “Punch Out” offers a program on boxing fundamentals which is considered the best form of fitness regimen.

Can Juris be on her own?
Juris Fernandez, once part of MYMP, recently embarked on a solo career. The question is: Can she be on her own now? Without a band tag, Juris now faces the crowd solo.
Anabelle Regalado-Borja, managing director of Star Records, expressed confidence on Juris saying “Juris has her own unique style. Her voice is distinct from others.’’
In her album, Juris sang the original soundtrack for Star Cinema’s 2009 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “I Love You Goodbye.” Her carrier single, “I Don’t Want To Fall” was also featured in “Precious Heart Romances” and her version of “Tamis Ng Unang Halik,” the theme song of “Katorse,” got positive feedbacks from listeners.
Now available in all record bars nationwide, the album also contains “Getting Over You,” “Opposites Attract,” “Di Lang Ikaw,” “Love Letters” which she herself wrote; “Dear You,” “Kailan Kaya,” “Nandiyan Ka Lang Pala,” “You Got Me Here,” “Beautiful,” “Who Was I?” and “Nariyan Ka.”
