Carl Guevarra is the ‘other man’

Jerrick Santella (Carl Guevarra) now comes like the prince in a shining armor to rescue the princess from the dungeon where she has been held captive for quite a time!
It’s like old folktales, but this can possibly happen. Kris Bernal and Aljur Abrenica have been teaming up in several soaps and recently in a movie as sweethearts. Now comes Carl Guevarra, a young man with all the looks of a prince, to form the love triangle in the “Last Prince.”
“Will you be grabbing Kris Bernal from Aljur Abrenica?” Carl was asked.
“No, I am just playing my role as the other man in a love triangle,” Carl answered. “I know Aljur and Kris, and respect their relationship.”
“Do you believe they are sweethearts?”
“They are close and sweet to one another, but that’s all what I know about them. Whether they already have a commitment to one another, that I do not know,” Carl answered. Carl, by the way, used to be Brazilian model Diana Meneses’ boyfriend of eight months. The actor said they parted ways in order to concentrate on their respective showbiz careers.
In the “Last Prince,” Jerrick (Carl Guevarra) plays the role of an heir to an immense wealth, but he never likes business. He prefers the arts and adventures. His sympathetic personality leads him to meet Lara (Kris Bernal), the woman of his dream.
The roles of Kris and Carl in the “Last Prince” make them close to one another, more than that of Aljur and herself. Their togetherness could possibly spark a love that would be difficult to stop, and cause a break-up between Aljur and Kris.
A scene in the story shows Lara falling from a cliff and into the sea below. Lara is wounded and dying, but from nowhere, a young man, Jerrick, saves her.
Jerrick brings Lara home to take care of her – and also to help her solve her family problems. Soon, Jerrick falls in love with Lara, and she now becomes torn between Jerrick and Almiro (Aljur).
“The Last Prince” evolves with more twists and dramatic suspense as the story unfolds in GMA Telebabad.
