Mandaue’s most wanted arrested in Bulacan

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan – A man who had gone into hiding after allegedly killing a man and a woman in Mandaue City 12 years ago was arrested last Monday in Barangay Tibagan, Bustos town, this province.

Listed as one of the 20 most wanted persons nationwide and the Most Wanted Person in Mandaue City, Andito Anog Cadusale, 44, single, jobless, of Sitio Pilapil, Barangay Casuntingan, Mandaue City, finally fell in the hands of police.

Senior Superintendent Fernando S. Villanueva, acting Bulacan police director, said Cadusale had a standing warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mercedes Gozo-Dadole of the Regional Trial Court Branch 28 in Mandaue City.

Records showed he was charged with double murder in Criminal Case No. DU-6622, for fatally shooting Yolito Canunayon and Haydee Cadusale, on July 8, 1998.

Villanueva commended operatives from the Bulacan Criminal Investigation and Detection Team, headed by Chief Insp. Julius Caesar V. Mana; the 7th Regional Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit led by SP03 Teofilo D. Juanata Jr.; and Supt. David N. Poklay, deputy police director for intelligence and investigation, for tracing the whereabouts of Cadusale.
