More than 2,000 jabs given in Angono, Rizal for Bakunahan Bayanihan Part 2

More than 2,000 vaccine doses were administered by the local government of Angono, Rizal during the second part of the national vaccination drive against COVID-19 from Dec. 15 to 17.
Alan Maniaol, municipal administrator and chief of staff of Mayor Jeri Mae Calderon, told Manila Bulletin that a total of 2,219 vaccines were given to residents during the three-day Bakunahan Bayanihan 2021.
Out of the total, 975 received the first dose, while 652 got the second dose, and another 592 were given booster shots.
A total of 1,938 adults and 281 minors (aged 12 to 17) received the jabs.
The town has 12 active COVID-19 cases with two recoveries as of Dec. 17, according to the latest update from Mayor Calderon.
