Floors to Walls: A pioneering solution in design

Floors to Walls, a pioneer player in interior design solutions, flexes its muscles to reach out to more homes and builders across the archipelago, through its network of over two hundred dealers across the country.

"The construction business is continuously thriving until now,” said CEO Kelvin Ting, during an intimate media briefing in Quezon City recently.

“The upswing started to peak during the pandemic when people started to renovate their homes in earnest. While areas differ in preferences, our extensive range caters to all tastes and persuasions.

"Ours is a stable enterprise and not as perishable like food. We develop our own tile designs, while also importing from China and the Netherlands.

“Homes are a reflection of its owners' personalities; that's why even things like a stucco finish texture matter a lot. We balance the cost with the quality of our products. In fact, our clients go home more informed and knowledgeable after visiting us. We give free consultations to our clients, both at our physical sites as well as online.

"Our business model is not about quantity of franchisees but on the few people who have a 'feel' for the industry. After all, their success will be our success too!" Ting continued.

The company's extended client base include architects, builders, contractors & construction, developers and designers (exteriors), engineers, facility managers, general consumers, households, and interior decorators.

"Filipinos love to haggle and they purchase happily when given a discount or markdown. We will help our provincial franchisees with online marketing and advertising. And to help them further, we won't ask for royalties from them. All they need is help us defray the cost of promotions.

"We're targeting around five franchisees this year, but three is a good number. As part of our CSR and sustainable efforts, we also employ green technology, wherein our marble art uses and are made from recyclable materials. We want to help maintain the ecosystem," intoned Ting, at the close of the company's colloquy with the media.
