(MANILA BULLETIN) “Yung mga dayuhan, kahit di sila citizens of the Philippines, pag andito sila dapat sumunod sila sa ating mga alituntunin,” Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) President Domingo Cayosa told DZMM on Tuesday. “Hindi din po natin pwede kunsintihin yung pangbabastos at yung outright defiance of the authorities sino man sila,” Cayosa said. The IBP president made the remark after being asked about incidents involving foreigners violating quarantine measures. Recently, a Spanish man got involved in an altercation with a police officer in Makati City. The Spanish man, identified as Javier Parra and the officer, Police Master Sargent Roland Von Madrona, had a heated argument about how enhanced community quarantine measures must be implemented, as seen in a now-viral video on social media.
