Man wanted for frustrated murder in Parañaque arrested in Bulacan
A construction worker who was wanted by police for frustrated murder in Parañaque City was arrested in Bulacan on Wednesday, Sept. 6.
The suspect identified as Wilfredo Racraquin, 39, was arrested at around 5:00 p.m. in Barangay Banga, Meycauyan, Bulacan.
The police said the suspect, tagged as the fourth most wanted person in the city, went into hiding for three years.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Noemi Jaurugue Balitaan of Parañaque Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 258 for the crime of frustrated murder on February 15, 2021.
The suspect was immediately brought to the Parañaque police custodial facility after his arrest in Bulacan.
Southern Police District (SPD) Director Brig. Gen. Roderick Mariano commended the Parañaque police for their efforts in locating the suspect.
“I also urged the public to support us by providing timely and reliable information on wanted persons. We assure you that we will not rest until justice isserved,” Mariano said.
