CREBA sets public forum on housing concerns on July 24
Updates on the 2010 Investment Priorities Plan of government which impact housing, infrastructure and real estate will be the focus of the Public Forum of the Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations (CREBA) to be held at the Grand Ballroom of the Hotel Intercontinental in Makati City on June 24, 2010, Thursday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
To speak on behalf of the Board of Investments (BoI) is Guillermo S. Laquindanum, director of the supervision and monitoring department, Florentino S. Dulalia Jr., CREBA national president announced.
Established in 1973, CREBA is the umbrella organization of individuals, business corporations, and professional associations in housing and real estate development.
Laquindanum is a licensed mining engineer with a masters degree in business administration who has served the BoI for the last 23 years, handling various key positions such as senior mining engineer, senior investments development specialist, head of the environmental unit, chief investments specialist, and later as director of the administration department, electronics and ICT department, and the mining and natural resource-based products department.
Also invited as resource persons in the forum are Undersecretary Manuel D. Gerochi of the Staff Bureaus and Project Management of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), as well as Land Registration Administration (LRA) chief Benedicto Ulep.
