Queen of Talk Kris Aquino seems about ready to give up on her husband, cager James Yap.

Kris allegedly told a confidant recently that she’s not giving James another chance.

“It’s over,” the confidant told friends after talking to Kris on the cellphone.

Kris is said to be adamant on her decision to separate with James because she is allegedly fed up with his “mistakes” -- whatever those are.

During her “Showbiz News Ngayon” stint on June 24, Kris was low spirited and far from her vibrant self. Very much "un-Kris," the Queen of all Media didn’t bother to comment on “SNN” stories which she normally does. Clearly, her marital woes were bothering her.

Kris hit the rumor mills again when she was a no-show in her own gift-giving mission in Cebu last June 22. TV host Boy Abunda took it upon himself to explain to the Cebuanos that all is not well between Kris and James and that she had even left their house.

Kris issued an official statement but it did not state if she has, indeed, severed her marital ties with James. All she said is that she wants to spare her children from the trauma and that her sons Bimby and Joshua are under her care.

James, in a separate interview, claimed he knows nothing of Abunda’s explosive revelations. He said he was out of their house that day. He refused to comment further and said he leaves it to his wife to talk about the matter.

Before closing her Twitter account last week, Kris admitted having gone through a difficult time with James during the election period. She honestly shared that her spat with her husband ain’t over yet.

Boy Abunda shared on “SNN” that Kris is trying to save her marriage.

With Kris, everything is unpredictable and, who knows, she just might spring a big surprise on all her followers one day soon.
