23rd Corporate Giveways fair kicks off Wednesday

The 23rd Corporate Giveaways kicks off at 10 a.m. Wednesday July 7 at the A. Venue Events Hall of the Antel Lifestyle City on Makati Ave., Makati City, with the presidents of the Philippine Institute for Supply Management (PISM) and the Bank Marketing Association of the Philippines (BMAP) leading the business gifts industry in the opening rites.

PISM President Lester Hernandez and BMAP President Allan Timbaga will cut the ceremonial ribbon signaling the start of the 3-day expo on corporate gifts, premiums, promotional ideas, and merchandise incentives, all popularly used as effective tools in generating clients and building business relationships.

These include prestigious international names like Samsonite, Parker, Timex, Cross, Victorinox, Delsey, Coleman and Rudy Project; and home-grown brands like Tieline, Team Manila, and Manel’s Leathergoods.

Organized by World Expos & Concepts (Worldexco), the Corporate Giveaways 2010 also features Corporate Solutions and F&B Gifts Lane. Corporate Solutions 2010 is the 7th yearly trade exhibit on marketing support services, business solutions, office equipment, and supplies and uniforms, while F&B Gifts Lane is an annual showcase and sampling of year-round food and beverage gift options.

All under one roof, the three events bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, and executives involved in purchasing, market research and development, advertising and promotions, events and brand management, customer relations, e-commerce, sales and marketing, business development, and human resources.

Special free seminars will be conducted onsite from 2-5 p.m. on each day of the event. The seminar topics are “The Winning Image” by Abbygale Arenas de Leon of Personi-Fi Image Consultancy, “Functional Fitness for Corporate Wellness” by Xandro Molato of Xandro Fitness and Sport Training Services, “Making Barters Work for You” by Chief Executive Officer Mon Pineda of The Bartershop, “Corporate Social Responsibility” by Senior Marketing Manager David Liban of World Vision, and presentations by 88db.com and VCargo Worldwide.
