Designer Michael Cinco never ceases to bring us into a different realm with every collection he releases. Barely a month after presenting his Fashion Week pieces (which had Madama Butterfly as his theme), he amazes us again with his futuristic costumes for the likes of Kim Chiu at the Bench show last week.

Truly awe-inspiring, his space-age capes and armors reminded me of Shu Uemura’s latest Tokyo Lash Bar collection.  My favorite of which, is the Neo-Reflector that’s seen on its ad campaigns which is “inspired by the architectural approach of future fashion” and has a “mirror-shine effect” that gives a cyber robotic vibe. 

More wearable ones that you should check out are the Neo Sparkle that has fine, sparkle glitter coating on each strand; and Neo Fringe that comes with a set of upper and lower lashes which literally looks like a fringe with a few round sparkles attached on the end of the strand.

And, if you’re up for some show-stopping reaction, then Cosmic Chains just might be your pick: small iridescent pailettes are attached on each strand, giving each bat and flutter a second (or even a third) look!  Other must-buys include their latest mirror with LED lights for easier application and quick touch-ups.
