Roxas files election protest

Through his lawyer Joey Teñefrancia, losing vice presidential candidate Mar Roxas filed an election protest against vice President Jejomar Binay before the Supreme Court.

Roxas, a former senator, lost to Binay by more than 700,000 votes.

In a 100-page protest, Roxas sought the inclusion of some 3 million null votes.

Roxas also posted a P100,000 filing fee and a deposit of P200,000.
