Aside from the 10 percent downpayment, PTR Properties also offers three payment options to cover the remaining balance: through a loan from the UCPB, Pag-IBIG financing, or through in-house financing scheme where residents have the choice of paying the remaining balance through a five-year or 10-year plan. Those who opt to pay in cash will get additional discounts. Unit prices are from P1.6 million to P2.9 million.
