ALI’s Alveo launches P5-billion Nuvali dev’t project
Alveo Land, the middle-income unit of Ayala Land Inc., has launched a new residential subdivision in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa which is expected to earn revenues of P5 billion.
In a press briefing Wednesday, Alveo president Dante Abando said the project comes in the heels of the highly successful Treveia whose lots are now fully sold out. He added that Treveia’s strong sales propelled Alveo to market leadership in Laguna.
Abando said they will be spending P2 billion to develop the Venare, a 74.4 hectare property of which 53 percent or 39.3 hectares will be saleable lots.
A total of 1,392 lots will be sold at about P11,800 per square meter or P3.4 million (including value added tax) for each lot of about P250 square meters.
In contrast, Abando said Treveia started selling at P8,000 per square meter although the price kept appreciating and thus the average selling price for the project was at P12,000 per square meter.
Abando said P833 million worth of lots were sold during Venare’s first day of sales, showing that demand for their products remain strong even after Treveia has sold out.
Alveo’s latest sustainable development — Venare — is being established in a district carefully masterplanned to become an urban center of vibrant destinations, NUVALI South, Abando said.
With its keen eye for innovation, Alveo Land will develop Venare to become more than a sustainable neighborhood. It will also be a community that empowers urban families with non-stop adventure, leisure and dynamic activities all in a scenic suburban setting.
Stretching over gently rolling terrain and scenic views in the center of NUVALI South, Venare is masterplanned to provide eco-easy sustainable features and diverse leisure options that will offer its future residents different venues for recreation, exercise, entertainment and relaxation.
With its multi-active zones – the Aqua Zone, the E-Zone, the Green Zone, the Me Zone and the Go-Zone, Venare will guarantee hobbyists and adventurous souls a broad range of energy-filled activities.
“Urban families will never run out of leisure choices with a variety of lifestyle venues right at their doorstep,” said Abando adding that “all of these are inspired to fulfill whatever lifestyle pursuits our future residents wish to accomplish – from dynamic sports, to outdoor recreation and even the rejuvenation of body and mind.”
Encompassing a land area of 3 hectares, the Central Park Complex will house the Aqua Zone, where cascading freeform pools will provide families with a refreshing setting to enjoy fun-filled water activities; and the E-Zone, where residents will stay constantly connected with a wide selection of multimedia entertainment and amenities that include Wi-Fi access, game rooms and an al fresco outdoor theatre.
Residents who seek vigorous sports activities can break a sweat at the Go Zone’s array of athletic amenities that will include a basketball court, a mini football field, indoor badminton courts, table tennis, jogging trails and other spots for highly-driven exercises.
On the other hand, residents looking for venues to release the stress and strains caused by the urgencies of fast-paced city life can find the Me Zone, a suitable site to strengthen and rejuvenate the body.
