Angelica Panganiban and Diether Ocampo

Just like her boyfriend hunk actor Derek Ramsay’s previous denial, Angelica Panganiban dismissed talks that they tied the knot while on vacation in South Africa recently.

Arriving in the country after her two-week show in Europe, Panganiban reiterated what Ramsay had already explained after his arrival in the country two weeks ago.   
“Hindi. Talaga namang bago kami umalis nilinaw naman namin na wala naman talaga kaming planong magpakasal, wala siyang planong mag-propose. Nag-enjoy lang kami at wala rin ni isa sa amin na nag-expect na pag-uusapan ba natin ito,” the young sexy actress explained on “Showbiz News Ngayon,” which aired July 16.

Still reeling from the wonderful experience of her trip in South Africa together with Ramsay and some of their friends, Panganiban seems to be still on cloud nine recalling her one-month vacation.

“Ibang klase. Parang hanggang ngayon lumulutang pa rin ako. Iba ‘yong parang binago ka ng mundo, ‘yong gano’n. Nakisama lahat. Ang ganda ng bonding na nangyari sa amin ni Derek at sa buong kasama namin doon,” she said.

Meanwhile, actor Diether Ocampo already knows that his ex-girlfriend Kristine Hermosa is altar-bound. Dina Bonnevie, mom of Hermosa’s would-be-groom Oyo Boy Sotto, had already confirmed the young couple’s wedding in 2011.

Ocampo is happy for Hermosa and Sotto’s wedding next year.

“What can I say? Of course, I’m happy for them dahil ibang level na ‘yon e. So, I wish them all the luck. Sana, ayun, umayos ang pagsasama nila. Wala namang magbabago, e. Sila rin, I’m sure, definitely magiging busy after sa malaking selebrasyon ng life,” was Ocampo’s reaction to the forthcoming wedding of the couple. 

And if by chance he would see Hermosa, the actor said he would “definitely congratulate her personally.”

On September 21, 2004, Ocampo and Hermosa were married in a civil rite by Mayor Antonio Esquivel in Jaen, Nueva Ecija. Their marriage was nullified January 30, 2009.
