Budding and micro-entrepreneurs can expect modest results in terms of revenue and general cash flow if they do business in Tutuban Mall. The pioneering mall in the City of Manila has become known as an entrepreneurs’ haven, not only because of its strategic location, but also its distinct identity as “the mall that started it all.”

People traffic in the area is generally high, composed mostly of shoppers who look for affordably-priced but quality products.

Tenant management procedures at Tutuban Mall is also seen as entrepreneur-friendly, something that aspiring businessmen usually look for when choosing a location for their first business endeavor. Tutuban Properties, Inc. (TPI) has made its enrolment procedures hassle-free, with tenant management staff always ready to answer queries from potential tenants and provide supportive tenant services once the businessman opens shop.

With the mall’s conducive business environment, even business-minded Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and balikbayans who are on the lookout for investments for their hard-earned money are now looking at Tutuban Mall, specifically in the now-famous Night Market.

The Tutuban Night Market has become the talk of the town, primarily because of its Bability to provide more shopping opportunities for those who cannot shop during the mall’s regular operating schedule. This was particularly effective and a welcome treat during the holiday shopping rush.

It is located at the ground floor of Centermall 2, and has recently opened another branch on the ground floor of Centermall 1 to cater to its growing market.

And then there is “Napoleon Kid’s Wear,” a children’s clothing line which was introduced in 1995 and is now located at the ground floor of Centermall 2. Napoleon Kid’s Wear is under Alexander’s Wear International Corp., a business that started back in 1956 manufacturing children’s pyjamas and eventually expanded into children’s wear under the Napoleon Kid’s Wear line.
