DOH: 26 out of 81 provinces remain COVID-free

By Analou De Vera The Department of Health (DOH) on Friday reported that 26 out of the 81 provinces in the country remain free from the novel coronavirus infection. The COVID-free provinces are: -Agusan Del Sur -Apayao -Aurora -Basilan -Batanes -Biliran -Camarines Norte -Davao Occidental -Dinagat Islands -Eastern Samar -Guimaras -Ifugao -Kalinga -Masbate -Mountain Province -Quirino -Saranggani -Siquijor -Sorsogon -Southern Leyte -Sulu -Surigao del Norte -Surigao del Sur -Tawi-Tawi -Zamboanga del Norte -Zamboanga Sibugay The Health department reported that there are now 7,192 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country, including 762 recoveries and 477 deaths.
