An exclusive, three-hectare townhouse community is set to complete the next phase of Robinsons Land Corporation’s nine-hectare Woodsville City – RLC’s residential development in the south located at Barangay Merville, Paranaque.

The townhouse cluster is called Woodsville Residences, and is under the RLC brand Robinsons Residences, which promotes homes that are located near major business districts.

With almost half of the three-hectare community allotted to open spaces and greens, the future RLC community is seen to offer a much-needed respite after a long day of working in the concrete jungle.

“As proven by the enthusiastic market acceptance of Woddsville Mansions, people put a premium on having some breathing room in their everyday lives in the face of the hurried pace of living in the city,” said Mybelle Aragon-GoBio, RLC’s vice-president for business development. Woodsville Mansions is the mid-rise condominium clusters which make-up the first phase of Woodsville City.

“The new community will have ample open spaces for residents to enjoy, along with garden activity areas and park-like features plus an outdoor play area. The project is perfect for young, second-generation families living in suburban areas like San Pablo, Calamba, and other nearby districts in Laguna and Cavite who are hoping to upgrade their residence without leaving the south,” GoBio said.

The first phase of the project will be comprised of 116 townhouses, made-up of house models that are two-story structures with three bedrooms, a powder room, a utility area, two toilet and bath, a balcony from the master’s bedroom, a pocket garden and car ports.

The townhouses will be adjacent to Woodsville Mansions but will have its own gated area.

There will be a round-the-clock security unit to ensure the residents’ safety with perimeter fences adding protection and a sense of exclusivity.

Part of the amenities is a 459 sqm clubhouse with multi-purpose rooms, a fitness center, adult lap pool, a kiddie pool, an outdoor play area and a landscaped garden for personal pursuits. Pocket gardens and green areas will separate the house clusters with 10-meter roads in between clusters.

Adding convenience to the RLC project is the Woodsville Village mall which will house lifestyle centers such as a grocery, laundry hub, as well as small restaurants and cafes.

The residential community is near major thoroughfares, which can easily take homeowners to business districts such as Makati and Fort Bonifacio in Taguig within minutes.

Woodsville City is also a stone’s throw away from schools such as PAREF Southridge School, San Beda Alabang, Don Bosco Makati, and Colegio de San Agustin.
