To own a house – such is the dream of every family. Some dream homes take root in one’s hometown, others soar to a place faraway from city life, where the air is fresh and nature still inspires leisure. But always, the dream home seeks a connection to urban demands – business establishments, schools, hospitals, recreation centers.

That’s the dream that Stateland, a leading real estate developer, aims to provide for through a project it is now developing in Dasmarinas, Cavite. The new community of dream homes is named Washington Place and it sprawls on a 40-hectare property along Aguinaldo Highway. It is one of Stateland’s grandest projects, one that is being designed to become a model community moved by the green architecture of its residential units, clubhouse, open space and other amenities. The property marked groundbreaking in June 26.

Only a few minutes drive from Metro Manila, the new landmark in Cavite presents a remarkable advantage to future residents with its location – less than five minutes to SM and Robinsons Dasmariñas malls. Nearby are many schools and universities like De La Salle University-Dasmarinas, Philippine Christian University, AMA and Lyceum University of the Philippines-Cavite Campus. Hospitals – De La Salle University Medical Center and Asia Medic Family Hospital – and places of worship are also minutes away. But homeowners who do not want to venture out for basic necessities will find a commercial area and village stores in the Washington Place property.

Dasmarinas City, in the heart of Cavite province, is ideal for a residential setting because it is near Metro Manila where people can do business, and Tagaytay, where they can go for leisure to enjoy the cool climate and beautiful sceneries. The province of Batangas is also nearby where they can spend time to rest and relax in resorts and beaches.

In Dasmariñas City, the sounds of nature still float in the air – the chirp of birds on a sunny morning or the harsh croak of frogs on a rainy day. It is a different world from the metropolis where the rushing sounds of vehicles are the background.

Washington Place has a 22-meter wide main road that will be lined by the commercial area leading to the dences, which promotes homes that are located near major business districts.

With almost half of the three-hectare community allotted to open spaces and greens, the future RLC community is seen to offer a much-needed respite after a long day of working in the concrete jungle.

“As proven by the enthusiastic market acceptance of Woddsville Mansions, people put a premium on residential area secured by a separate guardhouse. The geometric layout typical of modern architecture will be evident the moment one steps on the property: from the commercial guard outpost and residential guardhouse to the house designs and to the host of amenities that is expected to become a showpiece.

The project offers various house models that combine sleek design with function.

The company also follows a strict land development that go through meticulous procedures to ensure proper soil compaction and ample drainage system before the roads and houses are constructed.
Available for sale are single- and two-story units, residential lots, village places, and commercials lots.

Amenities include clubhouse/multipurpose hall, covered basketball court, tennis court, basketball court, life-size chess board area, children’s playground, swimming pool, golf putting green, sidewalk curb cut-out ramp for handicap, bicycle racks at the guardhouse and open spaces, waiting shed at the guardhouse.
