CLARK FREEPORT — In response to a call by President Aquino to professionalize the government bureaucracy, the Deputy Secretary General of the House of Representatives launched recently a Career Executive Service Officers (CESO) review package for those targeting executive positions in government.

Dr. Ramon Ricardo A. Roque, CESO I, said the review is now being held at the Clark Polytechnic inside this Freeport under the auspices of the St. Robert’s International School, the CCIS Educational Foundation, Inc. of Cyber City Teleservices, Inc., and Topnotch Career Executive Service Officers.

“The air of change brought about by the recent inauguration to the presidency of President Aquino has provided a myriad of opportunities for public service. But these opportunities are open only for men and women who demonstrate technical and managerial skills as certified by the CESO Board,” Dr. Robert F. Galindez, president of St. Robert’s International said.

Roque said the review is in preparation for the October CESO Board Examination.

While it is no guarantee for passing the board exam, it will certainly enhance one’s capability to hurdle it, added Roque.

Likewise, Galindez said that it is only during the incumbency of Aquino that CESO holders receive as much premium for an appointment in government.
